Ms. Dumond
Thank you so much for all that you do. I know your work is cherished and well recieved. I went through chemo and recieved a blanket knit by an anonymous "Angel". I am 5 years remision and still treasure that gift.
I am writing to ask for your permision to use your blanket poem. A mother's group that I am in here in Sumter SC will be making blankets for our local cancer center. We would like to sew a poem such as your onto the banket. We would of course credit you as the author.
Again thank you for your work.
Many Blessings!

Attached are two photos of the blankets our Sumter SC MOPS (Mother's of Preschoolers) group made using your poem. The blankets were a simple no sew fleece cut and tie project. A group of ladies at each of our 10 MOPS tables created a blanket as part of our community service project in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Your poem was copied onto a piece of fabric and then stitched to the blanket. The mothers signed their project when it was complete. These blankets will go to our local Cancer Treatment Center and will be offered to patients receiving treatment there.
Thank you for your beautiful poem we hope it along with our blankets will help warm the heart of someone undergoing cancer treatment.
All the Best to you.
